No, we have selected brands that we know well and trust, it's in our best interest to ensure every installation of these systems is optimised and always working so we can guarantee no electricity bill. The No Bill offer is a solution that is designed to take away the complexity for our customers not having to wade through the hundreds of options available in the market and more importantly for our customers to not have to worry that their system is always working - all of this becomes our responsibility.
Who looks after the maintenance of my No Bill system if it’s not working?
We do! Whilst you completely own the asset on your home, it's our responsibility and in our best interest to ensure the system is working.
What requirements are expected of me as the homeowner in regard to the safety & security of the system?
You will be responsible for ensuring the system is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. For example, if there is physical damage to the system that our software can’t detect please contact us immediately.

Reposit will provide a 4G connection at sites where there is a reliable 4G connection. Your Internet connection may be used by Reposit for the delivery of the Reposit Services if a reliable 4G connection is unavailable. If your home internet connection is used by Reposit for the delivery of the Reposit Services data usage will be approximately 500Mb per month, but may vary month-to-month.

Do you expect the batteries to operate in winter?
Yes, absolutely! We have hundreds of these in our Fleet operating extremely well here in Canberra. Including the 3 our CEO has on his home. The battery will discharge when cold, and batteries tend to run warm anyway and thus remain above ambient.
Do the batteries make a noise?
Barely, the noise emissions of inverters and batteries are under 25 decibel - like the sound of a leaf falling.
