Who are we

Meet Dean Spaccavento, our CEO and co-founder of Reposit Power, a leading distributed energy company.

Reposit is a software company located in Canberra. We are well known for winning the Australian Engineers Award in 2018. Our 2 co-founders, Dean & Lachlan are both Canberran's who started our company with the goal of making energy limitless and free for every Australian. 

Before devoting his time to Reposit Power, Dean served as the Head of Technology for Energy Response which was acquired in by EnerNOC in 2011. Dean has a background in financial institutions, enterprise software and technology startups and uses his experience to deliver high-performance grid services to modern electricity systems.

Mike has over 10 years of experience working in software and leading teams in the public and private sector working both here in Australia and in the UK. He loves nerding out over the latest battery and inverter tech as well as keeping up on the energy markets.

Alan has over a decade experience in the electricity distribution and advanced renewable energy technology sector, having held senior positions across multiple energy technology companies.
